The Siemens BF250 is a 50 amp, 2-pole GFCI circuit breaker rated for your 120/240VAC applications. It combines thermal-magnetic overcurrent protection and Class A 5 mA ground fault protection in a single breaker. The BF250 is used in compatible Siemens panelboards where ground fault protection is required in addition to standard circuit protection.
With a 10kAIC interrupting rating and bolt-on construction, the BF250 matches the specifications required for many existing Siemens electrical distribution systems. For maintenance and replacement work, matching the original breaker's amp rating, pole configuration, voltage rating, and interrupting capacity is often the priority.
