3VA5320-6EF31-0AA0 - 200A Class HJAS 3-Pole Circuit Breaker
The Siemens 3VA5320-6EF31-0AA0 is a 200-amp, 3-pole circuit breaker that’s built for standard commercial and industrial power distribution. Nothing fancy—just a solid breaker that does what it’s supposed to do: protect your equipment and keep things running.
It uses a thermal magnetic trip unit, so it handles overloads and short circuits the way most contractors expect. Slower overloads trip on the thermal side, while sudden faults get cut off instantly. You can also adjust the settings a bit—the overload range runs from 160 to 200 amps, and the instantaneous trip can be set between 5 and 10 times the rated current. That gives you some flexibility depending on the application.
This breaker sits in a 400A frame, even though it’s rated at 200A. That’s pretty common and gives you some breathing room if your system changes later. It’s also rated for 65 kA at 480V, so it can handle higher fault conditions you’d see in larger panels or industrial setups.
Just note—lugs aren’t included with this one.
